Sam Crispin is founder of Crispin Property Consultants and
specializes in residential and commercial real estate broking,
agency and consulting services. He has China experience dating from
1988 and has been fulltime resident in Shanghai since 1994.
Mr. Crispin has advised a number of multinationals and overseas and
local property developers and is a respected commentator on the
Shanghai property market. He has a Bachelors degree in Chinese and
Geography from Leeds University and is a Member of the Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
He is currently Chairman, British Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai.
