How much does your service cost?

Our service is free for event organizers. Our compensation comes from a percentage of the speakers' fee.

How do you set the price for a speaker?

We do not set the price for a speaker, the speaker does. Those standard speakers' fees are non-negotiable, but we can help you to make the best choice within your budget. A speakers' fee can vary depending on the requirements. For example, when extensive travel is involved, the speakers' fee will go up. For international assignments the speakers' fee typically doubles.

Are there additional costs?

On top of the speakers fee, event organizers will bear also the cost for travel, accommodation and other wishes our speakers might have.

Do you have more speakers available than we can see on your website?

Our website only gives only a small selection of the speakers we have in our database. Please contact our representatives for more information if you do not find a speaker that fits your requirement right away.

How long in advance I need to book a speaker or more speakers?

We will always do our best to get you the speaker you want at the moment you need him or her. Depending on the availability of those speakers, we need at least one month notice for domestic speakers. For the more famous international speakers a lead time of one to two years is not uncommon.

Do you deliver more than only keynote speakers?

Keynote speakers is only one of a whole set of services we can offer. We can get a team of speakers, with a professional moderator for panels, for training sessions or for whole conferences.
