Is our network working good enough?

Probably not yet, and often I wonder how to improve our nets to get more assignments in. But there are moments when I think we are doing not that bad. The past few days we have been working on an request from a client who is organizing a one day workshop on basic market research for an in-house seminar.
It took a while to get a shortlist of three candidates together, all with excellent academic backgrounds and on the ground experience in China.
Tonight I got two other exactly similar request from different channels, indicating that our client is shopping around a bit. In that way our network seems to be catching the fish that are around. Not sure if we catch this one, but we do our best.
